Return/Exchange Policy

due to covid-19 safety precautions.

We’re committed to providing our community with access to quality food and wellness goods. If a co-op product doesn’t meet your expectations, here’s how we can help:

All co-op customers are welcome to return certain items within 15 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. A physical receipt is required.

Co-op owners may return certain items within 30 days of purchase, no receipt needed. 

The following conditions apply: 

  • Perishables and alcohol may be returned if the item was spoiled or damaged at purchase. 

  • Clothing may be returned if the item has not been worn and remains in its original packaging.

  • Special orders may be returned with approval from the department manager.

  • Items purchased using EBT or LINK are not eligible for return but may be exchanged.

  • CBD products, body care items, clearance items, and gift cards may not be returned.

In all other circumstances, an exchange may be made at the discretion of the manager on duty. Not sure? C’mon in and we’ll make it right!
